We want to share with you the construction status for the beginning of May. Currently in the Obolon Residences last section:

• Facade workes are completed by 95%;
• Installation of electrical, plumbing and ventilation systems are completed by 92%;
• Arrangement of the marble floor in the halls and elevator portals are fully completed;
• Works on installation of apartment entrance doors are actively undergoing;
• The floor covering at -2 level of the underground parking fully completed and parking spaces are marked;
• Finishing works have been started in the lobby, gym and laundry;
• Landscaping work has begun around the 3rd section.

In general, Section 3 is completed at 90%.
