The construction team is working on insulation and the installation of a PVC membrane on the roof of Section 3. We are testing its tightness and now the upper floors of the section look like large yellow pools of water.

Installation and sheathing of decorative lamellas around the perimeter of the section at +82.620 m has been completed. These lamellas have electric drives, so the service company operator can change their angle so that snow and ice do not collect there in winter.

The team installs a wind barrier on the facade insulation (mineral wool), brackets and a guide for the facade tile, the installation of which has also already begun. Full completion of the facade is planned for May 2020.

Installation of elevator equipment of the company LM Liftmaterial GmbH (Germany, Munich) is being carried out.

In total, about 15% of the brickwork in section 3 remains. The walls and partitions of commercial premises were laid, as well as the internal walls were laid on floors 24-26.
