Covid-19 changed everything. What apartments are buyers looking for in 2021?

15-09-2021

The Covid-19 coronavirus epidemic has left Ukrainians at home. Families had to work, study and have fun in their apartment, which dramatically changed the requirements for housing. Only a few Kyiv residential complexes meet new consumer demands – they have their own gym, children's rooms, conference room, concierge service, operated roof and even a massage room.

For example, the Obolon Residences residential complex, the most premium complex in Obolon district, has a conference room where you can hold a conferce or work calmly on an important contract. After online classes, children can go to the children's room – there are many games and various activities there. At the same time for adults there is a gym and massage room only for complex residents. Until a few years ago, these services seemed a nice bonus. Now they are vital.

"We envisioned all these infrastructure facilities nine years ago, when we were building the first of three sections of the Obolon Residences residential complex," says Oksana Zaburueva, head of the complex's sales department. - At that time there were practically no complexes with such a developed internal infrastructure in Kyiv. Now, when building Obolon Plaza residential complex, we did not even think about the need for a gym, children's playground or indoor terrace – they are a must have of a modern residential complex. "
