Construction of the first section of ObolonResidences, the residential complex, is on the fast-forward. Today we havealready built 15 floors out of total 26 of the complex. As you can see, justwithin a month after our last review, we have built 2 more floors, socommitting to our ground plan - to build 2 floors in a month.

Currently the construction progress is at thestage of filling the walls with the ceramic bricks of all 4 floors and creatingthe apartments’ layouts. At the same time, the company is actively building anunderground parking at stylobate area of the first section. Coincidently, wecarry out the preparatory works for the construction of the second section ofthe residential complex.
