Obolon Residences is a family complex and we make sure that our little residents have enough space for interesting and educational spending time. 

Two kid's playrooms for the smallest residents of the complex are equipped with a climbing wall, a slide, climbing frames, games and toys, and a TV for viewing educational and entertainment programs. Surveillance cameras are installed here, which parents can access and be calm about their children when they are playing alone in the room. 

For teenagers, our complex has a room with a PlayStation 5 where they can meet friends, play games and chat. 

A home cinema will allow the whole family to watch their favorite cartoons or family comedies. 

Children's and sports grounds are equipped on the closed territory of the complex, where kids can play football, basketball, practice tennis and other sports.
