Obolon Residences construction team is already working on monolithic structures of the 26th floor from the ground level (the 24th residential floor) of Section 3. We have finished the brickwork up to the 15th floor. In February and March we used about 1662 sqm of concrete and 283 tons of reinforcement steel. 

Currently, the planned installation of galvanized steel ventilation boxes is underway on the 23rd floor, works are underway to install water supply and sewage pipes. We have already begun construction of the facade. And very soon we will install guides for elevators and freight elevator.
