On April 24, Obolon Residences’ construction team completed filling the foundation mat of Section 3, the last stage of our complex. The mat is 1.5 meters height and to fill it we used 1200 cubic meters of concrete (130 truck mixers), hundreds of meters of reinforcement steel, 70 workers and only 12 hours!

Next stage is the construction of in-situ reinforced concrete constructions of two-level underground parking, technical premises and the first floors of the building, where office and retail premises will be located. The construction of residential floors will begin in autumn.

The last stage of the complex consists of 26 floors and 157 modern apartments ranging from 60 sq. m. to 600 sq. m. The section includes one- and two-level penthouses with access to the own roof terraces. The apartments’ sales in 3rd Section officially started at autumn 2017. The apartments’ layouts are available on our web site. The construction of the third section is planned to be completed in 2020.
