95% of commercial space in the first and second sections of the residential complex Obolon Residences are sold. In June we signed purchase and sale agreement for the last free trade premises in the second section of the complex (total area of ​​1 450 sq.m. for a supermarket); for the office –  only one space with an area of ​​115 sq.m has left. Recall that the section’s completion is scheduled for the end of 2016.

Actively is settled the first section of the complex, which was commissioned in October 2015. According to the sales department, 86% of apartments in this section has already been sold.
