Since January 1st, 2020 the apartments prices in Section 3 will be increased. When buying an apartment in 2019, you will freeze an old price. Also You can use a 3-year interest-free installment, which operates in our complex until the end of 2019.

Obolon Residences is the only residential complex in Obolon district with a unique internal infrastructure: the roof lounge-terrace, own conference room, professional laundry, kid’s playroom, modern gym and underground two-level parking. The third section of Obolon Residences will be equipped with its own cinema only for residents on the 26th Floor. There are a multifunctional sports ground, a recreation area and a children's playground for our young residents on the closed territory of the complex.

The completion of Section 3 is scheduled for 2020.
